“welcome! i work from the philosophy that small steps can lead to big changes. I have seen this to be true in my own life, as well as through my work with clients. i BELIEVE that no one knows your experience better than you do, and YOU are the expert in the story of your own life. my role as a therapist is to help you reach your goals, by guiding you through this journey, processing difficult emotional experiences, and helping you gain a different perspective. i’d love to be part of your first small step.” - Lara Abounayan
